The quality of a child’s education is one of the most significant variables influencing the quality of one’s life and career choices. Our school is designed to prepare graduates for admission to the most competitive schools in the country. We believe that our highly personalized curriculum, one-on-one teaching, coursework focused on maximizing each student’s learning success, and weekly exposure to field trips that serve as extensions to classroom learning, will place your child in a highly competitive position.
The Buffalo Academy of Scholars (“The Academy”) is Western New York’s first one-on-one private school. We pride ourselves on our ability to create a customized educational program to best meet your child’s individualized needs.
Our Scholarship Competition will result in the awarding of several scholarships for children ages 9-13. Parents are asked to complete the application below.
Each submission will be reviewed by the scholarship committee. I will then invite eligible applicants to visit The Academy for a personal interview.
Students will have the opportunity to learn more about the school and complete an essay that will be used as a component of the interview process. Finalists will return to The Academy to be interviewed by the scholarship committee. Scholarship recipients will be announced in May.
